Shweta Bhonsle is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning over 13 years in the human resources field, currently serving as Sr. Executive HR at CalSoft Pvt. Ltd since August 2010 and as Sr. HR Executive at S P Software Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd, Pune since December 2007. At S P Software Technologies, Shweta has excelled in various HR functions including recruitment, payroll processing for 100 employees, employee counseling, performance appraisals, and policy implementation. Shweta also has experience in vendor management and purchasing processes. Prior HR experience includes a role as HR/Admin at CYDA from June 2005 to October 2007. Shweta holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Fergusson College, completed in 2004, and has an SSC from Symbiosis School, Pune.
