Leda Csanka has extensive experience in the technology and consulting industry. Leda is the Owner and Principal Consultant at Strategic Tech Consulting and specializes in driving large, complex multi-million dollar programs. Leda has worked on various projects including technology integration, mergers, consolidations, and corporate stand-ups. Leda has also served as a Strategy and Integration Portfolio Consultant/Executive at Advisor Group and as a Principle Consultant at EZRA Group and AXA Equitable. Additionally, they have provided executive consulting and support as a Project Management & Technology Executive Team Coach at Securities America and as an Interim Chief Technology Officer at Advisor Group. Leda has also served as a Senior Consultant for Vendor Product Selection at SageView Advisory Group and as the Chief Technology Officer and Sr. Vice President at Cetera Financial Group. Prior to that, they held various positions at ING, including Head of Applications, Program Director for Enterprise Portal and Content Management, and Business Systems Delivery Manager. Leda is also an Executive Coach and Certified Professional Coach. Leda is currently a Board Member at CalPrivate Bank.

Leda Csanka completed an Associates degree in Data Processing from Waterbury State Technical College from 1984 to 1986. Leda went on to earn a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from University of Connecticut School of Business from 1986 to 1989. Lastly, they obtained a Masters degree in Management from Rensselaer at Work from 2002 to 2003.
