Albert Yuen has worked in the field of business development and sales in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years. Albert started their career in 2001 at Agilent Technologies, where they served as a Business Development Manager for the Asia region. In this role, they were responsible for presales activities, sales support, and developing strategic business and account plans. Albert successfully managed regional deal funnel and demo inventory costs, and played a crucial role in product pricing and profit margins. Albert held this position until October 2006.
After leaving Agilent Technologies, Albert joined Calnex Solutions in September 2009 as the Business Development Director for North Asia. In this role, they led a team of professionals and focused on developing the company's business with Asian channel partners. Albert successfully penetrated the market in several countries, including China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, India, and Australia. Albert'sresponsibilities included building relationships with key customers, penetrating into operators' labs and support teams, and ensuring the overall success of business operations in the region.
Throughout their career, Albert has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development and sales. Albert has a deep understanding of the Asian telecommunications market and has successfully executed strategic plans to drive business growth.
Albert Yuen completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Engineering from Simon Fraser University from 1993 to 1999. Albert then pursued further education at HKUST Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from 2006 to 2008.
