Before joining in Jul 2020, Scott was the Chief People Officer at Honey. In this role, Scott led the HR Business Partner, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion, Learning and Development, and Culture teams. Scott successfully, doubled the size of the company, implemented crucial diversity, equity and inclusion strategies, and led the diligence and culture integration of Honey following its acquisition by PayPal.
