Rafael Renteria currently serves as the National Director of Channel Sales at CallTower, a position held since April 2019. Prior to this role, Rafael was the Director of Channel Sales for the Midwest region at CallTower. Rafael's extensive experience in channel sales began at First Communications, where roles included Director of Channel Sales/Wholesale and Senior Agent Manager from April 2004 to April 2019. Earlier in Rafael's career, roles at XO Communications included Senior Agent Manager and Senior Account Executive, with tenure from July 1999 to April 2004.
