Matthew Gott has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Matthew started their career at BT Global Services as a Director of UK Service Desks. Matthew then became the Director of UK Customer Operations, overseeing a team of approximately 1400 people and managing complex contracts and acquisitions. Later, they joined Openreach as the General Manager of Customer Service, leading a newly formed organization comprising mainly of desk-based agents and engineers. Matthew also served as the General Manager of National Operations North & Payphones, responsible for field operations and delivery of Openreach products in the North of England and Scotland. Currently, they are working at Callsign as the VP of Operations, where they are responsible for growing the Manchester operation and focusing on business development and supporting local area career development. Overall, Matthew has demonstrated expertise in customer service, operations management, and leadership.
Matthew Gott attended Bradford College from 1986 to 1992. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study. Additionally, in August 2009, they received a certification as a Private Aircraft Pilot (H) from the Civil Aviation Authority.
