John Crites is an experienced professional in the field of technology and security, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Security at CallMiner since March 2011, where previous roles included Sr. Director of Technology Services. Prior to CallMiner, John worked as the Lead Systems Administrator at Adknowledge from 2009 to 2011 and held the position of Global Director of Technical Services at MIVA from 2000 to 2011. John Crites earned a degree from the University of South Florida between 1990 and 1994.
