Yannick Magerman started their work experience in 2005 as a Generation Engineer at SkillTeam while they were still a student. In 2008, they worked as an IT tester at Elan IT and later as a System Engineer at Acane Consulting. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a System Engineer at Telindus Belgacom ICT. In 2011, they joined AMS Systems PSF S.A. as a Network and Systems Engineer, providing project, consultancy, and managed services to customers. Yannick remained with AMS Systems PSF S.A. until it was acquired by Calligo Ltd. In Calligo, they held the position of Platform Services Consultant, where they designed, implemented, optimized, secured, monitored, and managed datacenter infrastructures until June 2020. Yannick then took on the role of Director of Operations (Luxembourg) at Calligo in July 2020. No end dates are provided for their current role.

Yannick Magerman attended E.F.P. Brussels from 2005 to 2007 where they studied Hardware, Electricity, and Technology. In addition to their formal education, Yannick has obtained several certifications from various institutions, including the Global Growth Institute and Microsoft. These certifications include the World Class Manager Program - Level 2 of 2, World Class Manager Program - Level 1 of 2, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Microsoft INF240x: Configuring and Operating Microsoft Azure Stack, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Microsoft Specialist, Stormshield Certified Stormshield Network Administrator, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Solution Associate, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (Legacy), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, and Microsoft Certified IT Professional. These certifications were obtained between 2009 and 2022, with the most recent being in December 2022.
