Tom Verspecht is an experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as High Integrity Systems Manager at Callen-Lenz Associates Ltd since October 2022, and as Director and Owner at UAM System Engineering Services since October 2021. Previously, Tom worked at Lilium as a Flight Guidance and Management System Engineer, and led the Flight Control System and Actuation IPT as a Senior Digital Systems Engineer at Vertical Aerospace. Tom's extensive experience also includes a role as Principal Control Engineer at Rolls-Royce, focusing on controls and actuation hardware for the F35 and TP400 engine, as well as serving as Lead Subsea Applications Engineer at GE Oil & Gas. Tom's educational background includes a Master's degree in Design and Control of Aerospace Vehicles from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution.
