Frank Belesimo has extensive work experience in the marine industry. Frank currently serves as the Executive Vice President at Callan Marine Ltd since July 2021. Prior to this, they held the same role at Cashman Dredging & Marine Contracting Company, LLC from May 2007 to July 2021. Frank started their career at C.F. Bean as a Project Manager and worked there from 1996 to 2007.

Frank Belesimo attended Texas A&M University from an unknown start year to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering. Frank continued their education at Texas A&M University from 1998 to 2000 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Ocean Engineering. In 1999, they attended the Training Institute for Dredging and completed a General Dredging Course. In 2005, they briefly attended Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business for Executive Education. Prior to their university studies, Frank Belesimo attended North Babylon Senior High from 1987 to 1990.
