Kathleen D'Avella has work experience in multiple roles and companies. Kathleen started their career as a Media Assistant at Media First International in 1991. In this role, they coordinated weekly print film schedules for clients, reserved ad space in various publications, and proofread ads. Kathleen also worked as a Receptionist in the same company from 1991 to 1995, where they managed the telephone system, filed documents, ordered office supplies, and scheduled appointments.
In 2008, Kathleen joined Callan Advertising Company as a Media Assistant. Their responsibilities included responding to inquiries, data entry, maintaining client files, and coordinating print film schedules. Kathleen also performed manager functions during absences of the Office Director and ordered office supplies.
Additionally, they worked as a Unit Secretary at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center from 1999 to 2003. In this role, they answered the phone, faxed documents, filed records, and updated patient information in the computer system.
Throughout their work experience, Kathleen demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Kathleen D'Avella attended St. Helena's Commercial High School from 1987 to 1991. Kathleen studied Business Administration and Management, General, during their time at the school.
