Mailin Ortiz is a communications coordinator with extensive experience in corporate communication and customer service. Since January 2015, Mailin has been shaping communication strategies at Call4U. Prior to this, Mailin contributed to customer service at Cines Unidos from February 2013 to November 2014 and served as an administrative communications assistant at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello between February 2012 and March 2014. Mailin holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Instituto Universitario Politécnico Santiago Mariño (2010-2014) and also earned a degree in Social Communication with a focus on Informatics and Assistance Services from Universidad del Zulia (2007-2011).
