David Neal has extensive experience in software testing, having worked in the field since May 2012. Starting out as a Senior Software Testing Officer at Target Tracker, David later transitioned to similar roles at Juniper Education Group and Call Assist Ltd. Prior to their software testing roles, David worked as a Stockroom Controller at HMV, where David honed their organizational skills. David's primary responsibilities include identifying and reporting issues in software products and ensuring that fixes are effective through rigorous testing.
