Carl Kosola is the owner and lead photographer of Kosola Productions, a photography and video production company based in Willow Grove, PA, specializing in real estate, product, wedding, engagement, model, fashion, and glamour photography. As a photojournalist for Calkins Media Inc. since April 2007, Carl also serves as a lighting assistant for Al Tielemans at Sports Illustrated since January 2010. Additional experience includes working as a photographer and lighting assistant at Light Illusions Studios since October 2011 and assisting at New York City Fashion Week in September 2006. Prior roles include serving as photographer and photo editor for the Center for the Performing Arts & Bryce Jordan Center, coordinating documentation of performances and events. Carl Kosola holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Photojournalism from Penn State University, earned in 2006.
