Kylie Harriman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at Calix since January 2021, Kylie previously held various senior roles at Salesforce from August 2011 to January 2021, including Senior Director Customer Success, where leadership of a global team of Success Managers occurred, and Senior Director Customer Retention for the Marketing Cloud segment, focusing on success programs aimed at enhancing customer experience and retention. Prior to Salesforce, Kylie was the VP of Client Service at Revolution Strategy from November 2003 to August 2011. Kylie's educational background includes an MBA in Business Strategy and Communications and a BBA in Marketing and PR, both from QUT (Queensland University of Technology).
