Serge Kuzmin, MBA, M.Eng, is a seasoned mechanical project engineer currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer at Calix Limited since November 2023. With extensive experience in high-tech R&D environments, Serge has previously held senior engineering roles at Memjet Technology, where innovations included the development of a patented aerosol extraction nozzle for high-speed inkjet printers, and at James Hardie Building Products, focusing on enhancing safety and dynamic loading predictions for Fibre Cement production lines. Additional experience spans positions at Jindex, Outotec, Festo, BOROND, Aurora LTD, "Kalinka Plus" LTD, and in the heavy gear-cutting machinery sector, demonstrating a robust history in mechanical design, project coordination, and engineering problem-solving. Serge holds an MBA and a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a B.S. in Metall Cutting Centers and Instruments from Saratov State Technical University.
