Kellen Nishijima is an experienced manager in the hospitality and food service sectors, currently serving as Manager of Park Operations at California's Great America since November 2021, overseeing various departments including Park Services and Entertainment Production. Prior to this role, Kellen was an SWA Store Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market and held positions at Stanford University as Food Services Retail General Manager, managing a comprehensive food program for over 2100 staff.
