Patrick Kalvass, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional specializing in water distribution and project management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager of Water Distribution & New Business at California Water Service since July 2022, Patrick designs water system improvements and manages projects from conception to completion. Prior experience includes roles as a Water Resource Control Engineer at the State Water Resources Control Board, where responsibilities involved protecting access to clean drinking water, and as a Civil Engineer for the Sanitation Districts of Los Angeles County, focusing on hydraulic and infrastructure analysis for wastewater systems. Patrick's career also includes research experience with BiOWiSH Technologies and engineering roles with various organizations during internships and assistantships. Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
