Nelson Lui is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in utility operations and project management within the water services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Integration at California Water Service, Nelson oversees business integrations and ensures compliance with company standards. Previously, as a Utility Operations Engineer for the City of Santa Clara Water and Sewer Utilities, Nelson managed water and sewer capital improvement projects and developed hydraulic models. Nelson's roles at California Water Service Company included managing capital delivery projects, compliance-driven programs, and leading engineering design teams. Nelson's foundational experience includes positions with Kiewit Pacific Construction and Kiewit, where Nelson gained expertise in structural engineering and construction management.
