Mike Dolinger has a diverse work experience starting from being a Franchisee at ExxonMobil in 1994. Mike then worked at Glory Days Grill as a Director of Training from 2001 to 2007, where they created learning solutions and designed training programs. Mike then joined Caribou Coffee as a Director of Operations from 2007 to 2012, overseeing multiple retail gourmet coffee cafes in the East Region and leading a team of district managers, store managers, and team members. Mike served as the Director of Operations at Clover Restaurant Group from 2013 to 2017, where they played a key role in developing and operating both quick-service and full-service restaurants. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Franchise Operations at California Tortilla starting from 2018.
Mike Dolinger has a Master's of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Johnson & Wales University. Mike also attended L'Academie de Cuisine to study French Technique - Pastry. In addition, Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Radford University. Mike has also earned a certification in Wine Steward/Sommelier from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Furthermore, Mike obtained a certification as a Trained Mentor from Mentor Collective in June 2020.
