Serena Kouklis, PHR, serves as a Human Resources Generalist at the California School Boards Association since November 2019, focusing on supporting elected officials in public education. Previous experience includes a role as a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist and Social Media Manager at Avanti Recruitment Solutions from October 2015 to November 2019, where responsibilities included sourcing sales leads and managing social media communications. Serena holds a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University-Sacramento and completed a Human Resource Management Certificate Program at the same institution. Currently, Serena is pursuing a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies with a focus on Workforce Development, expected to complete in December 2025.
