Yolanda Roary is a Faith-Based Coach and Lived Experience Leader with extensive experience in coaching and community engagement. Currently serving as a LEP Capstone Coach for the California Primary Care Association, Yolanda contributes to a racial equity initiative aimed at fostering community and equitable impact. Concurrently, Yolanda works as an ARISE Project Coach for the Illinois Department of Public Health, focusing on sustainable community development through micrograntees. Additionally, Yolanda holds several ongoing coaching roles with organizations such as the Rhode Island Department of Health, Well-being and Equity in the World, and Grace Coaching Academy. Previously, Yolanda has experience as a Medical Assistant and Case Manager, highlighting a strong background in healthcare. Education credentials include training at Capella University.
