Elizabeth Peisner, EdD, MPA, MS has a diverse work experience in various roles related to student affairs and health and wellness in higher education institutions. Elizabeth "Liz" has served as the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs: Health and Wellness at the California Institute of the Arts, where they oversaw the overall operations of the Student Health Center, Psychological Counseling Services, and Disability Services. Prior to that, they were the Interim Executive Director of Health & Wellness/Interim Director of Psychological Counseling Services at CSU, Stanislaus.

In 2014-2016, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Counseling at California State University, Bakersfield.
