Megan Howard has extensive experience in federal policy, currently serving as Vice President of Federal Policy at the California Hospital Association since February 2011, where roles have included Senior Policy Analyst and Advocacy Specialist. Prior to this position, Megan Howard worked at the United States House of Representatives from April 2010 to February 2011 as a Staff Assistant, managing communications and administrative tasks. Megan Howard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from UC Santa Barbara, earned between 2005 and 2009.
