Paul Potvin is an experienced financial executive with a robust background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at California Fish Grill since September 2014, Paul has previously held the same title at Elephant Bar Restaurant from January 2006 to September 2014, Patina Restaurant Group from February 2000 to December 2005, and Acapulco Restaurant from May 1998 to January 2000. Paul holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University, where studies were completed between 1995 and 1998, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara, earned from 1988 to 1991.
