Shetal Barot is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR operations across different organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Vituity since February 2019 and at West Point Medical Center since June 2013, Shetal has been instrumental in developing HR policies, recruiting, and opening new locations in the Inland Empire. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Consultant at Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital, providing comprehensive HR support, and as an Executive Team Leader at Target, where significant contributions were made in recruiting, training, and employee relations. Shetal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, graduated in 2004.
