Kellie Nadler is an accomplished consultant with extensive experience in education, policy advising, and systems change, particularly within the California Community Colleges system. Since January 2020, Kellie has served as a Consultant, successfully transitioning the Rising Scholars program to a $25 million annual initiative and collaborating with over 40 colleges to create programs for incarcerated individuals. As Principal Consultant at Ism Consulting, Kellie provides strategic planning and technical assistance for various initiatives. Previously, as Deputy Director at The Opportunity Institute, Kellie led efforts to enhance higher education access for incarcerated populations by implementing trauma-informed support systems. Other roles include Program Manager for Corrections to College California, and Lecturer at Eastern Michigan University, where Kellie taught Composition and Research courses. Kellie holds a Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University.
