Misti Cole is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance sectors. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of CharterLIFE since November 2008, Misti has also held the position of Executive Director and Co-Founder of Health Insurance Benefits for the California Charter Schools Association since February 2008. In this role, Misti oversees initiatives to ensure affordable health benefits for charter school staff and students, managing various stakeholders, partnerships, and vendor relations. Previous experience includes roles as Underwriter and Operations Coordinator at CharterSafe PrivateSafe, and Insurance Agent/Broker/Underwriter for the California State Automobile Association. Misti also has a background in healthcare administration, having served as Director of Physician Credentialing and Executive Assistant for medical leadership, along with nursing experience.
