Lisa Wilson possesses extensive experience in instructional design and employee benefits administration. Currently serving as a Learning Experience Designer at California Casualty since September 2017, Lisa utilizes the ISD model (ADDIE) and adult learning principles to create effective learning solutions. Prior to this role, Lisa was a Learning Management System Specialist at California Casualty and held various positions in benefits administration at the United States Olympic Committee and Quantum Corporation, where responsibilities included managing employee and athlete benefit plans, ensuring compliance, and implementing new benefit programs. Earlier career highlights include roles at Northern Telecom, where Lisa provided executive HR support and managed complex benefits plans. Lisa holds a certification in massage therapy and a high school diploma in general studies.
