Lesa Sinchak is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Learning & Development Manager at California Casualty since March 2018. Prior to this role, Lesa held various positions at T. Rowe Price, progressing from Trainer-Retirement Plan Services Operations to Manager of Learning Services. Additionally, Lesa contributed as VP of Membership for the ASTD Pikes Peak Chapter in 2011 and has extensive experience in training and management from previous roles at Deluxe Corporation and Target. Lesa holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Colorado State University Pueblo.
