Calvin Sparkman currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Financial Services at California Baptist University, a position held since October 2001, where responsibilities include overseeing the annual budget development process and preparing various financial statements and reports. Prior to this role, Calvin Sparkman was the Director of Auxiliary Business Services at Riverside Community College District from June 1991 to October 2001, managing the accounting for auxiliary funds and the central cashiering function. Earlier experience includes serving as Financial Controller at California Baptist College from August 1985 to June 1991 and as a Staff Accountant at Hamilton Taft & Company from February 1984 to August 1985. Calvin Sparkman earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Public Administration from California Baptist University between 1979 and 1986.
