James Blake is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the Vice President of Engineering at Caliente, LLC since August 2007, James manages product development and commercialization for the company’s thermal systems management offerings, while fostering strategic engineering partnerships globally. Previously, as Engineering Manager at Lincoln Foodservice Products, James oversaw technical operations for small ovens, driving product development and cost efficiency. James began a career at Dekko Heating Technologies as a Project Engineer, where responsibilities included managing project management processes and leading cross-functional teams in manufacturing. James holds an MBA in Strategic Analysis & Decision Making from Indiana University Fort Wayne and a BS in Administrative Engineering with an Electrical Engineering option from Tri-State University.
