Rick Rootes has accumulated a diverse range of work experience in various roles related to ServiceNow development and administration. Rick most recently worked as a ServiceNow Developer at CALIBRE Systems, Inc. starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Markon Solutions from April 2022 to November 2022. Before that, they worked as a ServiceNow System Administrator at TechUSA Government Services from December 2021 to April 2022.
