Kaiti Rodriguez, MS, is an experienced professional in health coaching, wellness management, and education, currently serving as Senior Coach Manager at Calibrate since November 2021. Previously, Kaiti held multiple roles at Profile by Sanford - MSP Wellness LLC., including Store Operations Manager and Business Development Manager, where responsibilities ranged from market growth to customer success. Kaiti also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University - Newark, focusing on research in metabolic health and mentoring students. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Wellness Director/Clinical Nutritionist at the YMCA of the USA and managing customer success at In Good Company. Kaiti holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Northeast College of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
