Dan Rackley is currently serving as the CEO of CLD Consulting and the President of Calibrate HCM. Prior to this, Dan worked as a Senior Executive Sales Representative at Paycom, where Dan was a five-time Presidents Club Award winner. Before Paycom, Dan held positions such as Healthcare Solutions Consultant at Verizon Wireless, Director of Operations at L.A. Institute of Clinical Dentistry & Ruiz Dental Seminars, and Geofoam Specialist at Insulfoam LLC. Dan's career also includes roles as a Lead Sales Consultant at AT&T. Dan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the same institution, as well as completing coursework at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
