Stephen Gee is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience across various industries, beginning with a tenure at ADP from 1999 to 2009, where significant contributions included the development of blended eLearning solutions and training programs. From 2009 to 2015, Stephen held the position of Senior Instructional Designer and Developer at TD, focusing on modular training programs and facilitating coaching sessions. At Freeborn & Associates from 2016 to January 2019, Stephen updated food safety certification training and developed interactive eLearning courses in multiple languages. Since January 2019, Stephen has worked as a Senior Instructional Designer at Calian Group, converting classroom training to eLearning formats, overseeing virtual training initiatives during COVID-19, and consulting on military training needs assessments.
