Hien Selena Ly is an experienced IT Specialist at Calgary TELUS Convention Centre, where responsibilities include providing IT support, monitoring and maintaining server and network redundancy, creating digital signage for events, researching technologies to enhance network infrastructure, and developing documentation for evolving technologies. Previously, Hien served as a Junior Network Administrator at Calgary Co-op, offering exceptional customer service, managing transactions, and assisting in the training of co-workers. Hien holds a degree in Information Technology, Network Systems from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, completed in 2020, and a high school diploma from Lester B. Pearson High School, obtained in 2016.
