Ololade Omowaye is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal services. Currently serving as a Corporate Governance Specialist at Calgary Foothills Primary Care Network since November 2022, Ololade previously held multiple roles at TGS- Taju Audu & Co., including Corporate Service Manager and Legal and Administrative Manager from April 2021 to May 2022. As Head Legal Officer at Safe Haven Microfinance Bank Ltd from February 2019 to April 2021, Ololade led the legal department. Additional experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at Moreway Chambers and Senior Legal Counsel at H. Michael & Co. Ololade holds a Master of Laws from the University of Lagos and Bachelor of Laws degrees from both Nigerian Law School and Ekiti State University.
