Dale Hawse is an experienced culinary arts educator and professional chef with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Culinary Arts Teacher and Guest Teacher at Calgary Catholic School District since September 2020, Dale's prior roles include support staff and culinary coordinator for the same district from January 2018 to September 2019. Previous experience includes positions as a Chef at Marriott Courtyard Airport Calgary and Sous Chef at Delta Hotels and Resorts®. Dale began culinary training as a Chef de Partie Pastry at Hyatt Regency and held the role of 1st Cook Pastry at Marriott International. Education includes a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and various culinary certifications from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, culminating in a Journeyman Red Seal in cooking.
