Allison Flatt is an experienced education assistant with a strong background in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Since February 2023, Allison has worked at the Calgary Catholic School District. Prior to this, Allison served as an education assistant with ABA at the Catholic Independent Schools Vancouver Archdiocese from September 2022 to January 2023, and as a special education assistant with ABA experience at Cloverdale Catholic Elementary School from September 2016 to June 2022. Allison's earlier roles include working as a behaviour interventionist under the supervision of various behaviour analysts from 2013 to 2016. Allison holds a Bachelor's degree in Leadership from Trinity Western University and certifications in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Early Childhood Education.
