Martin Charles is an experienced QA Architect and Software Developer in Test currently working at Calero since February 2021, where responsibilities include implementing QA policies and leading a team to develop an end-to-end test suite. Prior to Calero, Martin served as a Senior Developer at BigHand, focusing on digital dictation and workflow management, and at insightsoftware, contributing to the Hubble Suite and leading the DecisionPoint Cloud product development. Martin's earlier roles included senior developer positions at UCT Ltd and SYSTRA, along with initial experience as an analyst/programmer at General Electric Company. Martin holds a BSc in Chemistry from UCL.
