Mark Maccio has extensive experience in technology solutions and customer support, currently serving as a Technology Solutions Senior Manager and previously as a Technology Solutions Consultant at Calero-MDSL since July 2017. Maccio's role involves providing innovative expense management platforms and direct customer support for the Pinnacle software solution. Prior to Calero-MDSL, Maccio worked at Eastman Kodak Company for 15 years in various IT roles, including Security Administrator and Service-now Administrator, focusing on user account administration and IT service management. Additionally, Maccio has been involved in part-time work at Lollypop Farm, tending to farm animals. Educational background includes studies at the Rochester Institute of Technology and a New York State Regents Diploma from Lewis C. Obourn High School.
