Elizabeth Fooks is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client and vendor relationship management, financial processing, and customer service. Currently serving as a Content Senior Analyst at Calero-MDSL since October 2011, Elizabeth oversees critical aspects of content management. Previously, Elizabeth worked as an Expense Specialist at Windstream, where responsibilities included managing client relationships for a $2 million revenue portfolio and processing a significant volume of monthly invoices. Elizabeth’s career began at ESL Federal Credit Union, offering personal and business banking services, and included a role in technical support at Paetec Communication. Elizabeth holds a high school diploma from Penfield High School and attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1995.
