MacKenzie DeSouza has over two decades of experience in supply chain management and merchandising, currently serving as Senior Director of Supply and Demand Planning at Caleres, Inc. since 2007. Prior roles at Caleres included Director of Supply and Demand Planning and Senior Manager of Costing and Merchandising. Prior to joining Caleres, MacKenzie held various positions at Nine West Group from 2000 to 2007, including Senior Manager of Merchandising, responsible for the Nine West brand, as well as Senior Manager and Senior Costing Analyst in the costing department. MacKenzie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Hartford, completed in 1999.
