Erica Mackoul serves as SVP, International at Caleres, Inc. since November 2023, overseeing brands such as Sam Edelman and Naturalizer. Prior to this role, Erica held various leadership positions at Cole Haan, including Vice President of Global Channel Merchandising and International Buying from November 2014 to November 2023, where responsibilities included International Buying & Merchandising. At Club Monaco, from June 2011 to November 2014, Erica managed an $80M women's business across several Asian markets and developed over 150 products annually. Earlier experience includes roles at Erin Fetherston, overseeing wholesale and production, and a marketing position at Diane von Furstenberg.
