Marnix de Romph has extensive experience in leadership roles within healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as a member of the executive board at CaleidoZorg since May 2022, Marnix focuses on strategy and innovation in mental health networks and e-health. As chair of the Organisatie van Nederlandse Tandprothetici since January 2005, Marnix advocates for the interests of 500 dental prosthetists in the Netherlands. Additionally, Marnix is the chair of the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Logopedie en Foniatrie since May 2024 and presides over the stichting Geschilleninstantie Mondzorg and stichting De Mond Niet Vergeten!. Marnix also holds leadership positions in the Stichting Nederlands Tandprothetisch Instituut and as a member of advisory councils for TOPGGZ and Akwa, focused on quality in mental healthcare. With a background in management through Oog in oog management and P3NL, Marnix drives organizational change and fosters collaboration among professional associations. Marnix's educational background includes a Master’s degree in History from Erasmus University Rotterdam and studies in public administration, political science, and law at Rijksuniversiteit Leiden.
