Rachel Coyle is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in team leadership and customer service. Currently serving as the Operations Team and Planning Lead at Caledonian Sleeper since May 2023, Rachel previously held the role of Senior Operations Manager at Serco from October 2020 to June 2023. Prior experience includes Customer Service Manager at Morrison Utility Services, Business Readiness Delivery Lead at Centrica, and various roles including Area Customer Relations Manager and Operations Service Manager at British Gas. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Strathclyde, completed in 2009.
