Mallory Graves has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Distilling Specialist at Barr Hill by Caledonia Spirits since January 2022. Prior to this role, Mallory worked as a Coffee Product Development Scientist II at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. from April 2018 to June 2020 and held similar positions at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. from December 2013 to April 2018. Responsibilities included coffee product development and quality analysis as a licensed Q-Grader for Arabica and Robusta coffees. Additional experience includes roles as a DNA Analyst at Microcheck, Inc. and as an Environmental Educator at North Branch Nature Center. Mallory holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont and an Associate of Science in Biotechnology from Vermont Technical College, coupled with multiple certifications in coffee grading and sensory skills.
