Paul Seiersen is an experienced finance systems professional with a diverse background in financial management and systems development. Currently serving as Finance Systems Manager at Caledonia Investments plc since June 2020, Paul has previously held significant roles including Head of Financial Systems and Financial Systems Manager at the British Heart Foundation, where responsibilities included overseeing financial systems. Paul’s expertise was further demonstrated at Henderson Global Investors as Head of Business Analysis/Solutions Integrity Manager, where a team of Business Analysts was managed to enhance financial IT systems. Paul's early career includes substantial contributions at Gartmore, where various positions culminated in the Head of Finance Systems role, which involved project management of an in-house developed solution.
