Erin Hurst possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in executive search, education, marketing, and event management. Since October 2018, Erin has been involved in executive search at Caldwell. Prior to this, Erin served as a Science Teacher at the NYC Department of Education from September 2016 to October 2018. Erin's earlier roles include Administrative Assistant at Related Companies, where responsibilities included client support and event coordination, and Sponsorship Coordinator at the National Workforce Association, focusing on sponsor development and marketing strategies. As a Marketing Coordinator at Michigan Works! Association, Erin significantly increased revenue and developed comprehensive sponsorship packages. Erin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from New York University and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching with a focus in Biology from Brooklyn College.
